Have Fun With Collages And Text

Instagram makes it easy to snap a picture with your phone and share it
through the popular app. While that’s likely how you’ll create most of
your Instagram posts, it isn’t your only option. It is good to mix things up
and grab your reader’s attention through collages and by adding text to
your images.

We’ve talked in the past that Instagram is really all about telling a story
through pictures. Yes, there are Instagram stories – the little video clips
you can create, but that’s not what I’m talking about here. Each image
you post can tell a story, and sometimes you need more than one picture

evolved from start to finish. Maybe you want to show them an entire
collection of items. It doesn’t matter what the story is you’re working on
when you need multiple images in one shot; a collage works nicely.

most convenient is the Instagram layout app. Pull in the images you want
to choose, pick a layout for them, and when you’re done it’s ready to
post on Instagram. Give it a try and see what fun collage ideas you can
come up with. It’s a great way to grab your followers’ attention as they
scroll through their Instagram feed.

Another good way to get attention is by adding text to your images. You
know this works well on Pinterest. It also works great on Instagram, even
though it isn’t quite as popular there (yet). Create a few images with text
on them and see how your audience reacts to them. If they work, keep
using them from time to time.

using right now on your computer to create graphics for your blog or
Pinterest. If you prefer mobile only, you can use a smartphone app like
Picmonkey to create the image with text, save it to your gallery, and then
pull it into Instagram to post.

simply snapping an Instagram pic, but don’t you think it’s worth the time
